Description:

The thread of sucker rod and coupling are processed by compressing and rolling machine, which can improve the thread strength and solve the problems of loosing and unscrewing. The property of the rods conforms to the standard of Sucker Rod SY/T5029-2003 Grade D and Grade HL.

Using extrusion (no cutting) process, the screw has high strength and its anti-loosening performance is good.

Pole body, head and coupling are made by high-quality alloy steel, after quenching and tempering treatment, the whole have high mechanical properties.

The head screw of sucker rod is highly coaxial with the pole body. THE bending performance of solid sucker rod is good.
